Pivoting

Pivoting involves reorganizing the grid to view data from different angles or to drill down into more specific details.

A dimension in a row axes could be moved to column axes or page axes or could be completely removed from the grid.

Pivoting can be done through

1. the context menu in the dimension header
2. the pivot button in the action header
3. by dragging and dropping dimensions

All sorting and filtering for that particular dimension is maintained when a dimension is pivoted.
